WhatsApp Direct for iOS, Android and Windows Phone
If you don't have the time or space to install an app to send a message without adding new contacts, you can always use theWhatsApp Direct web application accessible via the browser of your Android, iOS or Windows Phone mobile.
The interface of the web application is very simple allowing you to enter some information for sending your message, namely:
- The country code of the recipient.
- The recipient's phone number without area code.
- The body of the message.
By clicking " SEND », You will be redirected to the WhatsApp application installed on your phone displaying the correspondent's number and the message entered. So far, nothing has been sent yet. To make the operation effective, press “Send” again.
To continue using this trick, it is recommended to add WhatsApp Direct on the list of favorite sites in your mobile browser.
Tip with the WhatsApp application
If you avoid installing unknown applications or accessing suspicious sites, I suggest you use a whatsapp tip through your mobile browser.
Here is the procedure to follow:
- Open the browser on your Android, iOS or Windows Phone.
- Enter the following link in the address bar of your web browser: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=XXXXXXXXXXX, by replacing the XXX by the telephone number of your correspondent while including the code of his country of residence.
- Press "Enter".
- You will be redirected to the WhatsApp application where you must confirm the sending of the message.
