Know who has logged into your Facebook account
To find out who has logged into your Facebook without your knowledge, all you have to do is be logged in to your account and click on Account settings, then in Account security.

You will see the list of computers and mobile devices that have logged into your account with the approximate geographic location of these accesses.
To disconnect a session that seems doubtful to you, click on Stop activity.
Know who has logged into your Gmail account
To find out who has logged into your Gmail without your knowledge, go to the bottom right of your Gmail home page. You will be able to read the date and time of your last activity there.
It's at the bottom of your mailing list ... You have to click on "Details".
If you see any weird stuff, don't panic ... maybe you have used a proxy or that your phone connected on its own, via 3G during one of your travels or Maybe you are connected from your company computer.
In any case, remember to activate the option to receive an alert by email each time a new device connects to your account, and if you are really in doubt, change your password.
